We picked him up today and he said he set his stop watch this morning after pushing the nurses button and it was OVER 2 hours before anyone came! One day I visited and his garbage can had some white splatter all over it that I simply wiped off with a wet towel. My mom said there was huge spill of some sticky liquid in the middle of the floor that remained there for 3 days. The first day I went they had no paper towels for drying my hands, only non disposable cloth until I told the nurse that this was terrible and all it did was spread germs. The place is filthy and we will be reporting all of these things to the person highest up, as well as to the insurance company that pays for people to stay in this UNACCEPTABLE place!

My dad was there for rehab after breaking his femur and I don’t have one good thing to say about this place. One time when he was done in the bathroom and pulled the string, it took them over an hour to come and help him. He’s timed them since, and it’s NEVER been less than 30 mins for anyone to come.
